Ms Celia has over 30 years of extensive experience in international relations in business, government and higher education. She has worked in the international trade and investment area in the Western Australian State Government from 1988-2001, at Curtin University from 2001-2017 and Murdoch University from 2018-2023. In the university sector Celia led teams of professional staff in the development of teaching and research partnerships with international institutions, working closely with academic colleagues at both the home and partner institution.
